People Data Lead - OrgVue
Duration: 6 months
Day Rate: £600 p/d (Inside IR35)
Location: Remote, with occasional travel to London

Our key client is seeking a People Data Lead to support organisational change activity, consolidate people data across systems, and assist with the implementation of OrgVue.

Responsibilities:
- Consolidate, integrate, and act as custodian of all confidential people-related data across SuccessFactors and Excel to ensure a single source of truth.
- Ensure data requirements are understood and accurately reflected in key outputs.
- Establish effective ways to utilise data to support organisational change, including calculations for settlement agreements.
- Collaborate with the wider People function to ensure updates to calculations are incorporated into processes and systems.
- Support the Head of OD with the implementation and launch of OrgVue.
- Support the creation of seamless data transfer between SuccessFactors and OrgVue and prepare data for return to SuccessFactors ahead of API development.
- Collate, review, cleanse, and prepare all people data for OrgVue modules (Modelling, Talent Selection, Strategic Workforce Planning).
- Use accurate data to provide insight, inform decisions, and optimise system functionality across SF and OrgVue.
- Communicate changes to data usage to relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all interdependent processes.
- Embed and sustain the use of OrgVue across Organisational Design, Talent Selection, and Workforce Planning, ensuring users can interpret and apply the insight generated.
- Work through root causes of data transfer issues between SuccessFactors and OrgVue, propose solutions, and collaborate with the HR systems team to adjust data management processes.

Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with OrgVue and SuccessFactors.
- Proven ability to consolidate, cleanse, and manage large volumes of people data.
- Experience supporting organisational design or organisational change programmes.
- Ability to optimise data flows and improve data management processes across HR systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate accurate insights that inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders and ensuring alignment across processes.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve system or data transfer issues, working collaboratively with HR systems teams.
