Project Manager – Change & Transformation
Location: London (2 days on-site per week)
Rate: £650–£690/day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
Clearance: Must be a UK Citizen

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in change and transformation to join a major UK-based organisation on a high-profile programme. This role offers the opportunity to deliver impactful change initiatives in a structured, governance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Compliance:
    • Complete all mandatory compliance and change framework training within specified timeframes.
  • Methodology Adherence:
    • Ensure full alignment with internal change methodologies and frameworks, with any deviations agreed with the portfolio office.
  • Project Management Delivery:
    • Lead all aspects of project management including planning, forecasting (resource and budget), risk management, and delivery tracking.
    • Maintain key documentation such as progress reports, RAID logs, and financial submissions.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Effectively manage internal and external delivery stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
    • Resolve blockers and mitigate risks through proactive management and communication.
  • Business Case Leadership:
    • Contribute to or lead business case development, clearly articulating value, cost, and benefits.
    • Work closely with portfolio governance teams to meet all review and submission deadlines.
  • Senior Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including programme sponsors.
    • Prepare and present senior-level briefing materials throughout the programme lifecycle.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in project management, particularly in change and transformation programmes.
  • Confident managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of structured change methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a hybrid capacity from London office 2 days/week.
  • UK Citizenship required due to compliance requirements.
