- Help build our technology for the future - be it infrastructure or front end
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to define and deliver impactful features

- Optimize systems and workflows using the latest AI technologies
Qualifications:
- Strong hands on experience with Ruby on Rails, Turbo, AlpineJS, TailwindCSS, AWS, PostgreSQL
- Experience integrating with LLMs like OpenAI and Claude
- Strong understanding of scalable architecture and pragmatic software design
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with PMs, UX, and data specialists
- A product-first mindset with a focus on customer outcomes
