Responsibilities:

• Help build our technology for the future - be it infrastructure or front end
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to define and deliver impactful features
• Develop internal tools to boost operational efficiency
• Harness the power of LLMs and generative AI to enhance user experience
• Optimize systems and workflows using the latest AI technologies

Qualifications:

• Strong hands on experience with Ruby on Rails, Turbo, AlpineJS, TailwindCSS, AWS, PostgreSQL
• Experience integrating with LLMs like OpenAI and Claude
• Strong understanding of scalable architecture and pragmatic software design
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with PMs, UX, and data specialists
• A product-first mindset with a focus on customer outcomes
