Salary : £60-70k + Commission + Car Allowance

My client who are a global leader within specialist visual display and imaging solutions are seeking a Sales Team Manager to join the business you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the Sales team, delivering profitable growth and exceptional customer engagement.

Role Summary

Demonstrate hands on leadership across the Sales Team - leading, managing and coaching the sales team Reporting to the Head of Sales you will lead and develop a sales team to deliver profitable revenue growth in line with company strategy.

This role translates the sales strategy into actionable sales plans, drives disciplined execution, and fosters a high-performance culture through coaching and people development.

This role combines sales planning, hands-on leadership, and team development, with the ultimate goal of achieving divisional revenue and profitability targets.

Desirable

The ideal candidate will have a good in-depth knowledge of specialist visual display and imaging solutions, B2B sales leadership and people management.

You will be self-motivated but succeed in a team atmosphere, be tenacious, working to achieve defined targets and supporting the sales pipeline in line with the overall aims and objectives of the Company.

You will be the primary or deputy Sales & Marketing representative on the middle management team where you can make a positive contribution and help to implement the strategies created by the senior leadership team.

Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, day-to-day operations performance management, absence management, development, and coaching.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Extensive experience in sales leadership in B2B and/or channel sales, ideally within the AV industry, with a proven track record of team development and sales target delivery.

Sales experience in product sales, target market sales or both

Demonstrated success in line management, including leading teams or departments, driving performance, and developing individuals to reach their full potential.

Strong leadership and coaching skills, with expertise in decision-making, performance management, and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

Commercially astute, able to present solutions that deliver clear value, with a proactive, customer-first approach to problem-solving.

Highly organised and adaptable, skilled at prioritising, multi-tasking, and structuring work to achieve targets, KPIs, and customer requirements.

Confident and engaging presenter, capable of tailoring communication to diverse audiences.
