The Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional GTM Finance Business Partner to provide direct strategic support to our Chief Revenue Officer and serve as a key member of our Commercial Finance team. This role is a departure from traditional finance; it requires a professional who can embrace the dynamic pace and strategic focus of a high-performing sales organisation, while simultaneously bringing the financial rigor and strategic insight necessary to drive smart decision-making. You will collaborate closely with our CRO, SVP Sales, and VP Revenue Operations, becoming embedded in the daily strategic pulse of the business rather than observing from a distance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Finance, you will be the vital bridge between Finance and GTM. What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you will have achieved a deep understanding of our business drivers: knowing key team members by name, grasping the program economics that fuel our growth, and building trust with GTM leadership through consistent delivery and proactive insights. The GTM leadership team will proactively seek your inclusion in core meetings, not because of your title, but because you consistently bring indispensable value. As a strategic advisor, you will be proactively identifying future opportunities and risks, helping leadership understand the evolution of productive capacity, the true economics of various programs, and bringing forward-thinking analysis that shapes territory planning, headcount decisions, and go-to-market strategy. You will play a critical role in steering the business toward improved LTV to CAC ratios, identifying opportunities to optimise customer acquisition costs while maximising lifetime value. You won't wait to be asked; you will proactively surface what matters. What You'll Own You will be the dedicated financial partner for the entire GTM organization, which entails owning the financial planning, analysis, and strategic support for our field sales force, sales enablement, customer success, and revenue operations. This includes partnering on annual budget planning, managing the ongoing forecast for commercial headcount and productivity, building and maintaining models for program-level economics, and serving as the finance lead for commission structures and quota planning processes. The GTM team highly values ownership and solution-orientation. You will demonstrate a high degree of accountability for all outcomes, including actively leading the resolution of issues and applying learnings for future improvements, which is the cornerstone of trust with our field-facing teams. What You'll Bring You are a professional who is energised by being embedded in the business and driving outcomes rather than analyzing from a distance. You speak the language of sales—understanding concepts like productive capacity, ramp curves, territory design, and the operational realities of managing a field sales force. You may come from a sales finance background, a consulting firm, or FP&A, but what matters most is that you're highly analytical, proactive, and possess the executive presence to confidently engage and partner effectively with seasoned commercial leaders. You have strong technical skills in financial modeling and can build sophisticated analyses, but you also know that complexity is the enemy of action. Your models are transparent, scalable, and focused on answering the specific question at hand rather than technical sophistication. You default to simplicity and consistency in how you present information, recognizing that GTM leaders need clear, actionable insights in accessible formats. Requirements We're looking for someone who brings:
- Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- Excellent academics demonstrating strong analytical capability and strategic acumen.
- GTM or commercial finance experience is a significant plus—understanding sales organization dynamics, commission structures, quota planning, and the operational realities of field sales will help you hit the ground running.
- Outstanding people skills—you can build relationships quickly, adapt your communication style to different audiences, and influence through partnership.
- Financial modeling expertise—you can build complex models but know how to make them simple and actionable for business leaders.
- Executive presence—you are confident presenting to and challenging senior leadership when the data supports it.
- Proactive mindset—you anticipate what leaders need and bring solutions forward without being asked.
- High Accountability and Ownership—you take full responsibility for your work and are solution-oriented when challenges arise.
