• Build and nurture relationships with fast-scaling tech companies, founders, and GTM leaders
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships, RevOps, and more
• Advise clients on hiring strategy, market insights, compensation trends, and team structure
• Source and engage top-tier GTM talent using creative, targeted approaches
• Execute with speed, precision, and a deep understanding of GTM motions and metrics

• Proven experience in recruitment—ideally within SaaS, tech, or GTM-related roles
• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for understanding how organizations scale
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build credibility with senior stakeholders
• A proactive mindset, competitive drive, and high attention to detail
• Curiosity about modern GTM models (PLG, sales-led, ecosystem-led, ABM, etc.)
