Principal Consultant (Planning Lead) – Oracle Fusion Cloud

📍 Remote (UK) | ✈️ Occasional Travel to the Netherlands | ⏳ 6-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning Lead to guide a multi-country European rollout for a major CPG organisation. This is a UK-based remote role with periodic travel to the Netherlands.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Lead solution design & configuration for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, GOP, and S&OP
• Conduct fit-gap analysis , create BRD/FDD documentation, and ensure alignment with CPG processes
• Facilitate workshops, CRP, SIT, and UAT across European business units
• Oversee integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs
• Manage FBDI/ADFDI data migration
• Build OTBI & BI Publisher reports for supply chain KPIs
• Lead onshore/offshore teams and support training & hyper-care

✅ Must-Have Experience

• 8+ years in Oracle Planning, including 6+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud
• 3+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Planning implementations
• Strong CPG domain knowledge (trade promotions, DSD, multi-tier distribution)
• Expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, GOP, S&OP
• Familiarity with European tax & logistics regulations

• Oracle Cloud certifications
• ICS/OIC integration experience
• SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher skills
• Multilingual: English required, Dutch a plus
• Agile methodology experience
