Copier Engineer
Job Description NCS are proud to be one of the largest office technology providers in the UK & NI and as such have strong relationships with some of the world’s leading manufacturers which include, Lexmark, Toshiba, Risograph , FP and many more. We are currently recruiting for a Copier Engineer to join our Service Team covering Northern Ireland Copier Engineer The role involves the Installation & Maintenance of all Copier/Printer products, including: * Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
* Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
* Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
* Providing an exceptional customer service Skills and Abilities Essential Experience: * It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
* Excellent IT / Networking skills
* Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
* Great time management and ability to work under pressure Desirable Experience * Manufacturer trained on Toshiba, Lexmark & Canon machines
* Experience on Print management solutions (Papercut)
* Experience of working on franking machines Company Vehicle, Mobile and Laptop will be provided. A clean licence is required (a maximum of 3 points would be acceptable) Benefits: * Company car
