• Proven experience as a Product Owner in pensions, wealth management or related financial services.
•  Strong track record of successful product launches and working with complex stakeholders.
•  Experience working with product, design and delivery teams (Agile desirable but not essential). 
•  Managing Offshore/3rd Party delivery partner. 
•  Ability to turn product strategy into clear, actionable plans across teams.
•  Familiarity with digital product delivery, service design and UX principles.
•  Understanding of APIs and developer needs (documentation, portals, sandboxes).
•  Experience with tools such as Figma, Jira/Confluenc.
•  Customer focused, product led mindset .
