Change Manager

NET Recruit are partnering with a financial services organisation to support their search for a Change Manager working remotely on a fixed term contract for up to 12 months, as the business continues to expand and deliver innovative solutions to the communities it serves.Your Role While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Working with senior leaders to shape projects, setting out deliverables, timelines, and success measures
  • Designing and overseeing project plans that span the full lifecycle of change, from scoping through to implementation and handover
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or technology
  • Monitoring progress, producing updates, and managing risks in line with established governance frameworks
  • Leading analysis to support project outcomes, including measuring performance against KPIs and ensuring benefits are delivered
  • Driving continuous improvement activity by reviewing workflows, addressing inefficiencies, and embedding new solutions such as automation and process optimisation
  • Ensuring teams and stakeholders are fully prepared for change, with the right processes, documentation, and training in place to support a smooth transition
You MUST Have Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end projects using both waterfall and agile approaches
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or DMAIC
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation, and embedding change effectively
  • Ability to think creatively and apply innovative solutions to complex challenges
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills with competence in Excel, and confident communication through PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience of deploying Robotic Process Automation would be highly advantageous
