Germany - ServiceNow Consultants to Architects

I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established consultancy that is continuing to invest in and scale its ServiceNow practice across Germany. We're hiring ServiceNow experts from mid-level consultants through to senior architects to support a growing portfolio of enterprise clients.

Role Overview

• Participate in or lead complex ServiceNow implementations across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM
• Analyse business needs and design effective technical solutions aligned with best practice
• Contribute to architecture standards, delivery processes, and solution governance
• Support and mentor junior team members (senior roles)
• Occasional but flexible travel to client locations within Germany

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow projects - configuration, implementation, or architecture
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, platform design, and delivery methodologies
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with both business and technical stakeholders
• Certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CTA are advantageous
