Salary: £25,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £33,000–£35,000 in Year 1)

About the Role:

Netcom Training, one of the UK's leading providers of digital skills training, is looking for an ambitious and people-driven Learner Acquisition Specialist to join their expanding team.

As a Learner Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with prospective learners, identifying their training needs, and guiding them through the enrolment process. You'll play a key role in connecting people with life-changing learning opportunities that help them take the next step in their digital career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential learners via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Identify learner needs and match them to the right training programme
• Guide learners through the full enrolment journey from enquiry to registration
• Build strong, supportive relationships and deliver an excellent learner experience
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets with uncapped earning potential

What We're Looking For:

• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Motivated, target-driven, and passionate about helping others achieve their goals
• Comfortable engaging with learners over the phone and building rapport quickly
• Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or learner recruitment is advantageous but not essential
