Our client is a well-established and highly successful supplier who specialise in providing tailored solutions (in both IT and Furniture) for schools and businesses across the UK.

They have a fantastic reputation for quality products and exceptional service and with this, they are continuing to grow and are looking for four enthusiastic Sales Executives to join both their dynamic Furniture team and IT team.

Role

As a Sales Executive, you will provide a consultative service and will act as a trusted advisor to schools and businesses, helping clients create inspiring, functional environments that meet their needs.

Typical day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and managing your own portfolio of customers using both existing data and self-generated leads.
  • Conducting outbound telesales and email campaigns to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Recommending furniture solutions tailored to each client's requirements, offering expert product advice.
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Ensuring CRM databases are kept up to date.
  • Actively work towards achieving agreed sales and gross profit targets.
  • Managing the sales process from start to finish.
Requirements

To be successfully considered for the position of Sales Executive, you will have proven experience in outbound sales with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding profit targets.

In addition to this, we also expect:
  • Confident telephone and email communication skills.
  • Strong customer service focus and relationship-building ability.
  • A stable career history demonstrating reliability and progression.
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
