The Role and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a versatile Support Engineer with some experience in technical support. You should have an interest in technology, the ability to troubleshoot is essential, and a good understanding of customer service.
- Evaluate and prioritise customer support cases.
- Build and develop strong customer relationships.
- Troubleshoot and resolve support queries.
- Ensure that all SLAs are met.
- Provide support and assistance to all Netpremacy staff.
Skills Required:
- Customer focused attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and work with new technologies.
- Motivation to learn new skills and technology.
- Good time management skills.
- Complex problem solving.
Desired but not essential (achievable in role):
- Working knowledge of G Suite Apps and Admin console.
- G Suite Administrator Certification.
