Job Title: 3rd Line Support Engineer (MSP)Location: Central London Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Provide advanced support across Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot and maintain networking infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
• Support virtualisation platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud solutions.
• Assist with project delivery, including system upgrades, cloud migrations, and new deployments.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation for client environments, processes, and solutions.
• Collaborate with the service desk and project teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

• 3+ years' experience in a 2nd/3rd Line role within an MSP or IT services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, O365, Azure, AD, Exchange).
• Experience supporting firewalls, switches, and routers (Cisco, SonicWall, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with a methodical, customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical users.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware) are highly desirable.
