IT Support Engineer Northampton Hybrid Working £25,000 - £32,500 MSP Environment

We're working with a fast-paced, progressive Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Northampton who are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their growing team.

What you'll be doing:

Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support across a wide range of technologiesTravel to customer sites on request to represent our client with support tasksResponding to and resolving service desk tickets in a timely mannerTroubleshooting hardware, software, and network issuesSupporting and administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environmentsEscalating complex issues to senior engineers where necessaryDelivering excellent customer service to a varied client base

What we're looking for:

A UK Driving License is Required for this Role

Proven experience in providing technical support in a help desk or similar environment.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administrationStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networkingPrevious experience in a helpdesk/service desk role handling 1st/2nd line supportExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA proactive, team-oriented approach
