Salary: Up to £70,000 + Performance Bonus Location: Hybrid / Office-based (fast-paced environment)Type: Full-time
The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead, coach and drive performance across our Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, and Key Account Managers.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-energy, target-driven sales environment and knows how to turn good teams into great ones. You'll set direction, remove blockers, and create the conditions for consistent revenue growth.
What You'll Be Doing-
Lead, motivate and develop a multi-discipline sales team (Sales, BDMs, Key Accounts)

Drive revenue growth, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy

Coach individuals to improve performance, behaviours and commercial outcomes

Set clear expectations, KPIs and accountability across the team

Work closely with senior leadership to execute sales strategy

Improve sales processes, cadence and CRM discipline

Create a high-performance culture built on pace, ownership and results

Proven experience managing sales teams in a fast-paced B2B environment

Background leading BDMs and/or Key Account Managers

Strong coaching and performance management skills

Commercially sharp with excellent pipeline and forecasting discipline

Confident, energetic leadership style with the ability to influence and inspire

Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on involvement when needed
