The Role

We're looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead, coach and drive performance across our Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, and Key Account Managers.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-energy, target-driven sales environment and knows how to turn good teams into great ones. You'll set direction, remove blockers, and create the conditions for consistent revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead, motivate and develop a multi-discipline sales team (Sales, BDMs, Key Accounts)

  • Drive revenue growth, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy

  • Coach individuals to improve performance, behaviours and commercial outcomes

  • Set clear expectations, KPIs and accountability across the team

  • Work closely with senior leadership to execute sales strategy

  • Improve sales processes, cadence and CRM discipline

  • Create a high-performance culture built on pace, ownership and results

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience managing sales teams in a fast-paced B2B environment

  • Background leading BDMs and/or Key Account Managers

  • Strong coaching and performance management skills

  • Commercially sharp with excellent pipeline and forecasting discipline

  • Confident, energetic leadership style with the ability to influence and inspire

  • Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on involvement when needed
