Cloud Solutions Specialist – MSP – Basildon / Hybrid – Up to £50,000

Nigel Frank is hiring on behalf of a leading MSP in Basildon, Essex, for a Cloud Solutions Specialist. This is a hybrid role offering flexible working with occasional client site visits.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for delivering cloud and network projects, supporting pre-sales activities, and acting as a technical escalation point for junior engineers. You'll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Intune, and other cloud and networking technologies to ensure client environments

are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver cloud and network projects for clients.
• Conduct audits and pre-sales surveys to support proposals.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical escalation support.
• Onboard new clients and ensure SLA compliance.
• Advise on cloud, networking, and infrastructure solutions.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in cloud and network project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Intune, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Previous client-facing or consulting experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications (MCP, MCSE, CompTIA N+, CCNA) desirable.
