The Role:

As a D365 CE Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge CRM solutions. You'll be responsible for:

• Leading the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Overseeing solution delivery, integrations, and custom development using Power Platform and Azure.
• Providing governance, best practice guidance, and technical leadership to delivery teams.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in architecting and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Strong understanding of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with Azure services and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-600, PL-600) highly desirable.
