Roles and Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements

• Design and deliver D365 CE solutions

• Run workshops and engage key stakeholders

• Support testing, training, and go-live activities

• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience in housing or social housing is preferred

• Full project lifecycle delivery exposure
