D365 CE Functional Consultant

D365 CE Functional Consultant London - Hybrid (2 day a week) Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into clear, well-structured functional designs
• Configure and design solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Work closely with architects and developers through discovery, build, testing and release.
• Promote strong design standards and best practice across different delivery approaches.
• Ensure solutions are robust, scalable and aligned with architectural and governance frameworks.

Skills & Experience

• Solid hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong ability to map business processes and turn them into effective, user-centred solutions.
• Confident communicator who can collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on simplifying, improving and optimising solution design.
• Organised, adaptable and committed to sharing knowledge and building capability across the organisation.
