Role Description

Nigel Frank International are currently working with an established Dynamics 365 CRM end user based in West London who are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the Sales Module to add value to their forward-thinking delivery team and play a key role in driving successful CRM initiatives.

Responsibilities -

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
• Create clear and actionable user stories to support delivery teams.
• Assess and optimise existing business processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with CRM capabilities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Deliver post go-live training and provide ongoing support to end users.

Essential Skills & Experience -

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Dynamics 365 Sales Module.
• Proven track record of end-to-end project delivery within CRM environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Experience in supporting change management and training activities.
