Job Description

We are currently partnering with a well-established MS Partner with a strong international footprint, seeking a D365 CE Functional Consultant to join their team.

This role will focus on delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects within the public sector, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet client needs and drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end project lifecycles for D365 CE implementations.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful delivery
  • Configure and customise D365 CE applications to meet client requirements
  • Utilise the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps - Both Model-Driven & Canvas, Power BI) to extend and enhance solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, developers and project managers.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to clients on D365 CE capabilities and adoption.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant with full project lifecycle exposure
  • Strong background in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution design
  • Hands-on expertise in system configuration and customisations
  • Practical experience with Power Platform
