Head of Analytics

The Company Nigel Wright Tech is pleased to be partnering with a B2B service sector business in their search for a Head of Analytics. The Role Working closely with the Operational team you will be expected to establish a single source of truth for performance reporting and build an analytics function from scratch. Other key responsibilities include: 

• Recruit, lead and develop a small team of analysts 
• Develop a scalable analytics and reporting framework 
• Partner with heads of department to ensure they understand the performance of their function 
• Drive data literacy across the organisation through workshops and stakeholder engagement 
• Develop new metrics aligned with company strategy and growth plans 

The Requirements This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who gets excited by the prospect of creating a new function and shaping its long term direction. Key requirements include: 

• Significant experience in analytics, business performance or BI related roles
• Proven ability to build teams and functions from the ground up 
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, SQL and statistical modelling tools 
• Comfortable improving data trust, clarity and consistency across complex environments
