A market leading organisation based near Doncaster is looking for an IT Support Technician to join the team on a full time basis. This role suits someone with solid first line and second line experience who enjoys a blend of user support and hands on infrastructure work in a fast paced environment.

What you will be doing
Delivering first line and second line support across the business
Handling user issues across hardware software networks and general IT queries
Supporting core infrastructure including servers networks and Office apps
Troubleshooting Windows environments and keeping operations running smoothly
Working closely with the wider tech team to resolve more complex issues

What we are looking for
Strong background in first line and second line support
Good understanding of infrastructure networking and Windows environments
Confident communicator who can support users at all levels
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is desirable but not essential
Comfortable commuting to the Doncaster area and being on site five days per week
