About the Company

Our client is a trusted Microsoft Partner helping organisations strengthen their cloud environments and get more value from the Microsoft ecosystem. They combine technical expertise with a people-first culture, delivering solutions across a wide range of industries.

As the business continues to expand its cloud security practice, they're looking for a skilled Senior Cloud Security Consultant to design and implement Microsoft-based security solutions for clients across the UK.

The Role

In this role, you'll help organisations modernise and protect their Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms. You'll work directly with clients to assess environments, design secure architectures, and implement Microsoft security technologies that meet compliance and business needs.

You'll take ownership of solution design and delivery, act as a trusted technical advisor, and play a key part in strengthening the partner's growing security capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimise Microsoft 365 and Azure security solutions.
  • Deploy and configure technologies including Microsoft Defender Suite, SIEM/XDR, Entra, and Purview.
  • Conduct security assessments and develop remediation strategies.
  • Support presales discussions and contribute to technical solution proposals.
  • Produce high-quality documentation and deliver client presentations.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to colleagues and end users.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, Microsoft, and technology partners.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years' experience delivering Microsoft cloud and security solutions.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure, M365, Defender Suite, Entra, and Purview.
  • Proven ability to design and deploy M365 and Azure security environments end-to-end.
  • Confident communicator with excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform.
  • Experience working with Copilot/AI or Microsoft-funded workshops.
  • Understanding of quality assurance and best-practice delivery frameworks.
