Scalable across multiple sectors, it represents a significant step forward in how businesses manage assets and optimise performance.If you are commercially driven, tech-aware, and excited by the challenge of taking a new solution to market, this is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation and make a measurable impact.Role Profile:• New Business Development: Identify and engage prospective clients across retail, FMCG, and related sectors, introducing a market-first technology solution alongside established product lines.• Account Growth: Leverage existing relationships to cross-sell and upsell, maximising revenue opportunities and deepening client partnerships.• Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of both physical products and digital solutions, tailoring proposals to client needs and operational challenges.• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, including pipeline building, lead generation, and targeted outreach.• Networking & Events: Represent the business at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to build brand presence and generate new opportunities.• Commercial Impact: Deliver against agreed revenue targets, supported by a robust commission structure and clear performance metrics.• Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and technical teams to shape client proposals and ensure seamless delivery.Person Specification:• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within technology-enabled solutions or industrial products.• Strong hunter mentality with experience in opening new accounts and driving revenue growth.• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term relationships.• Commercially astute with experience in solution selling and strategic account development.• Tech-savvy and comfortable discussing digital platforms and data-driven solutions.• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.• Flexibility to travel to client across UK and potential internationally with monthly visits to North East head office Other Information: Nigel Wright Group is retained on this search and as such, any direct third party supplied or referred applicants/CVs will be forwarded to Nigel Wright for consideration as part of our process.
