About the Role: I am working with a leading UK manufacturing group to recruit an IT Support Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that values innovation, quality, and service.As IT Support Analyst, you’ll be the first line of support for IT issues across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and proactively identifying areas for improvement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Administer Office 365, SharePoint, and user access rights.
  • Set up desktops, laptops, and user accounts for starters and leavers.
  • Manage network switches, access points, and VLANs across two sites.
  • Monitor backups and liaise with third-party providers.
  • Troubleshoot IT systems and deliver internal user training.
  • Support patching and updates in collaboration with Group IT.
What I'm looking for:
  • Previous experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere, Azure Resource Groups, and network management tools (e.g., Aruba Central).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Driving license (role covers two sites).

Desirable: ITIL Foundation certification.
