Infrastructure & IT Support Specialist
About the Role:
I am looking for an IT professional to join a dynamic infrastructure team in a fast-paced environment. This is more than just a support role – you’ll be involved in delivery, administration, and continuous improvement projects that help shape the future of our technical estate.
You’ll provide hands-on support across desktops and infrastructure, manage service requests, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. If you’re confident, approachable, and enjoy engaging with both technical and non-technical colleagues, this could be the perfect opportunity.
What you'll be doing:- Deliver desk-side and remote support for incidents and service requests.
- Assist with infrastructure projects, system administration, and process improvements.
- Manage IT assets and ensure systems remain secure and up to date.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical users and provide clear guidance.
- Collaborate with a team of 11–12 to support business growth and technical delivery.
- Experience in IT support and infrastructure delivery (not just break/fix).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and basic networking.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills – confident, friendly, and approachable.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and explaining technical concepts simply
