Infrastructure & IT Support Specialist

I am looking for an IT professional to join a dynamic infrastructure team in a fast-paced environment. This is more than just a support role – you’ll be involved in delivery, administration, and continuous improvement projects that help shape the future of our technical estate.

You’ll provide hands-on support across desktops and infrastructure, manage service requests, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. • Deliver desk-side and remote support for incidents and service requests.
• Assist with infrastructure projects, system administration, and process improvements.
• Manage IT assets and ensure systems remain secure and up to date.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical users and provide clear guidance.
• Collaborate with a team of 11–12 to support business growth and technical delivery.

• Experience in IT support and infrastructure delivery (not just break/fix).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and basic networking.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills – confident, friendly, and approachable.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and explaining technical concepts simply
