Project Officer
Salary: £29,000–£31,650 Hybrid / North Yorkshire (ideal areas: Scarborough, Pickering, York) Full UK Driving Licence & Car Required

As Project Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of major digital projects including:
- Introducing a new digital rostering system
- Replacing legacy payroll and HR systems
- Supporting future digital improvements across estates, CRM and business operations
You’ll work closely with a small, friendly and passionate transformation team who genuinely care about making things better for colleagues and the people they support.
What you'll be doing?- Supporting the planning and delivery of digital change projects
- Engaging with stakeholders across multiple services and locations
- Helping teams understand new systems, processes and ways of working
- Gathering and translating requirements, even where these are unclear
- Facilitating discussions, running training sessions and supporting onboarding
- Contributing to project documentation, tracking actions, risks and progress
- Playing a key part in embedding consistency, structure and project discipline
No two days will be the same — this is hands-on, people-centric work where your communication style, empathy and adaptability will make all the difference.
