We are helping an innovative technology business scale their Software team in in the UK.

Their software powers some of the worlds leading consumer brands across the banking, digital commerce and retail experience software space.

Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need an Application Support Engineer to join their team.

This role would suit an Application Support Engineer who can work on critical SaaS delivery projects - mainly into insurance and public sector clients.   

This role is Hybrid within the UK. The company meets in the Milton Keynes office x2 days per week.

To be a successful, the ideal Application Support Engineer candidate will have:

·        A strong background in customer facing support roles.

·        Knowledge of basic Javascript or python code

·        Basic knowledge of SQL and API's

·        Strong communication and incident management skills
