Ecommerce Executive
About Us
Nobody’s Child is for the free thinkers, the dreamers, and the go-getters. Born in 2015, we’ve spent the last decade creating clothes that feel as good as they look for people that embrace individuality, live with purpose, and want to leave the world a little better than they found it. It’s been 10 years of creativity, growth, and bold ideas, and the values that guide us haven’t changed.
About You
Nobody’s Child is looking for a highly organised and proactive Ecommerce Executive to play a key role in the product go-live process and the ongoing optimisation of our online trading performance. As we continue our rapid growth, this is an exciting opportunity to take real ownership within a fast-paced digital team.
Day to day, you'll be responsible for:
Product Go-Live Ownership
- Own the end-to-end product go-live process, ensuring all new products launch on time and to a high standard.
- Partner closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to review weekly intake, monitor stock availability, and prepare products for site launch.
- Ensure PDPs and PLPs are fully optimised with accurate product information, imagery, categorisation, and metadata ahead of go-live.
- Maintain product integrity on site through regular checks, updates, and proactive QA.
Trading & Merchandising
- Work hand-in-hand with the Ecommerce Trading team to support trading priorities and deliver a best-in-class site experience.
- Optimise on-site merchandising, including category structures, product sequencing, and key landing pages to maximise visibility and performance.
- Support execution of seasonal campaigns, product pushes, and promotional activity across core site touchpoints.
- Monitor KPIs relating to product performance, conversion, and customer behaviour, recommending enhancements based on insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure all product launches and supporting content land cohesively and on schedule.
- Work with the Trade team to continually refine landing pages, ensuring content, assortment, and messaging align with customer demand and commercial objectives.
- Support the development and testing of new features and UX improvements that enhance the on-site customer journey.
Continuous Improvement
- Conduct regular site audits to identify gaps, errors, or opportunities for improvement.
- Keep up to date with Ecommerce best practices, competitor activity, merchandising tools, and emerging digital trends.
- Actively contribute to our company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into everyday work. This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values. Every team member at NC plays a role in helping us reduce our environmental impact and create a positive legacy for our communities and the planet.
