The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to support Nomia on its growth journey and build out our FP&A capabilities as we scale. This role requires both hands-on management and strategic foresight to ensure we capitalise on opportunities and proactively manage r
isks.

Budgeting & For
- ecastingSupport the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and providing a clear view of future per
- formanceDevelop and maintain the company's core 3-statement financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and ability to support scenario planning for strategic decisio
- n-makingCreate financial models from scratch to support with revenue, headcount and overheads for

Financial
- AnalysisAnalyse financial data, identify trends and provide insights to support strategic decisi
- on makingDeliver insightful analysis of monthly financial results, working with the Finance Manager to investigate variances against budget and forecast, and communicating key performance drivers, risks, and oppo

Qualifications &
- ExperienceFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years post-qualification
- experienceProven experience in an FP&A Manager role within a fast growing and ideally globa
- l businessAdvanced financial modelling skills, with the ability to build and manage complex 3-statement models and build models from scratc
- h in ExcelStrong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention
