We’re searching for a Sales Enablement Manager who can elevate an already-strong sales organisation to peak performance.
If you love building scalable enablement frameworks, sharpening sales talent, and driving consistency across the entire revenue engine, this role is for you.
This is a cross-functional, high-impact position supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. You’ll own onboarding, training, playbooks, collateral, process optimisation, and everything that helps sellers win more predictably.
⭐ What You’ll Own
Sales Training & Onboarding
- Build and deliver a structured onboarding program for new AEs, SDRs, and AMs.
- Run continuous training on product updates, competitive insights, discovery skills, and methodology reinforcement.
- Partner with Product + Marketing to deliver quarterly enablement cycles.
Content & Collateral Management
- Create and maintain high-quality playbooks, pitch decks, frameworks, battlecards, and case studies.
- Ensure content is current, accessible, and aligned with messaging and positioning.
- Work hand-in-hand with Marketing for consistent narratives across the revenue team.
Sales Process & Tool Optimisation
- Support and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and predictability.
- Collaborate with RevOps on CRM excellence, forecasting discipline, and pipeline hygiene.
- Help evaluate and enhance sales tools (LMS, call recording, content management, etc.).
Performance Improvement
- Identify gaps across the sales lifecycle and design targeted interventions.
- Drive adoption of best-practice discovery, qualification, demos, negotiation, and deal management.
- Measure impact using KPIs such as time-to-first-deal, win rates, and quota attainment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Translate product updates into clear, compelling sales narratives.
- Align closely with Marketing on ICPs, personas, and campaigns.
- Partner with Customer Success to support expansion, cross-sell, and upsell playbooks.
🎯 What You Bring
- 3–5+ years in Sales Enablement, SaaS Sales, Sales Ops, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions — ideally within legal tech, document management, or workflow platforms.
- Experience building and delivering training at scale.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and enablement tools (Seismic, Gong, Cognism, etc.).
- Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable influencing across teams.

- Familiarity with legal industry workflows or professional services.
- Experience with MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar methodologies.
- Experience enabling distributed or global sales teams.
