Enterprise Resources Planning Implementation Consultant

ERP Implementation Manager

North London + Remote

£60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits

We're working exclusively with a leading, fast-growing food distribution network who are rethinking how an entire operation runs, from supply chain and manufacturing to finance, warehouse, and distribution.

They've built a strong foundation: multiple sites, a skilled internal software development team, and ambitious growth plans.

Now they're ready for enterprise-wide transformation, and that's where you come in.

We're looking for a commercially sharp, technically confident, and change-driven ERP Implementation Lead to take their systems to the next level. Someone who thrives on large-scale ERP rollouts, can map complex business processes, and turn strategy into seamless, scalable digital solutions.

If seeing a business run smoother because of your systems design excites you, and you get a buzz from data migration, integrations, and Spotfire dashboards coming alive — you'll feel right at home here.

Why This Role Matters

  • Impact at scale: You'll lead ERP transformation across multiple sites, touching every corner of the business.
  • Build, don't maintain: This is about creating and implementing integrated systems, not just keeping them ticking.
  • Autonomy & influence: Work directly with senior leaders to shape strategy, processes, and technology solutions.
  • Innovation & growth: Your work will streamline operations, enhance reporting, and drive efficiency across a growing business.

About You

  • You've led large ERP implementations across supply chain, finance, manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution.
  • You understand the full ERP lifecycle: requirements, configuration, testing, rollout, and optimisation.
  • You can translate complex processes into clear, actionable systems.
  • You're confident with stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
  • You're a problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving, multi-site environments.
  • Bonus: hands-on Infor M3 experience, Spotfire, SQL, APIs, or other ERP tools.

What You'll Be Doing

ERP Transformation & Implementation

  • Lead full-cycle ERP projects, from mapping processes to post-rollout optimisation.
  • Partner with business leaders to standardise and improve operational workflows.
  • Configure systems, migrate data, and test integrations to ensure smooth adoption.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to give stakeholders real-time insight.
  • Automate processes and workflows wherever possible, maximising efficiency.

Change Management & Training

  • Deliver end-user training and embed new ways of working.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring business requirements match system capabilities.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal development teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Guide multi-site teams through transformation with clear communication and accountability.
