Contract Role: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

As a team leader and expert, you will:

• Lead & Manage: Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME), manage the team's performance, and contribute to key decision-making across multiple teams.
• Drive Innovation: Develop innovative automation solutions to significantly enhance operational efficiency.
• Automation & Analytics: Drive the automation of delivery analytics to gather critical insights from data.
• Strategy: Analyse data trends to inform automation strategies and continuously improve delivery processes.
• Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new automation opportunities.
• Problem-Solve: Provide solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across other teams.
• Best Practices: Lead workshops and training sessions to promote automation best practices.

🛠️ What You Need to Succeed

Essential Skills:

• Advanced Proficiency in UiPath RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
• Demonstrable experience in leading or mentoring a team and driving automation initiatives.

Highly Suggested:

• Advanced proficiency in Data & AI Solution Architecture.
• Expertise in Automation Systems and Technological Innovation.

💰 Contract Details

Work Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Start Date: 11/25/2025

End Date: 3/31/2026

Rate: £283 per day (PAYE)

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week on-site)

Security: SC Clearance Required (Must be eligible to secure it)
