Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Title: User Researcher / Business Analyst (AI Projects) Clearance Required: SC Start Date: Immediate Contract Duration: Until March 2026 (with potential extension)

The User Researcher / Business Analyst will support user research and adoption studies across AI-focused projects. The role aims to ensure that solutions are usable, valuable, and aligned with user needs, while providing structured insights that inform product and service design. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive evidence-based decision-making and maximise project benefits.

• Plan and conduct user research, including qualitative and quantitative methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.Note: Personal data will not be collected as part of these activities.

• Collaborate with Product, Service, and Engineering teams to translate user insights into actionable requirements and improvements.

• Perform benefits assessments to measure the impact, effectiveness, and value delivered by AI solutions.

• Analyse and synthesise research findings, producing clear and structured reports, insights, and recommendations.

• Present findings to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making at programme and project levels.

• Proven experience conducting user research within complex or technical environments.

• Strong Business Analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering and translating user needs into functional recommendations.

• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate insights in a clear, actionable manner.

• Experience evaluating benefits, outcomes, and solution impact.

• SC clearance (current and active).
