Sales Development Representative – SaaS
The Role
We're supporting a fast-growing SaaS business in the eCommerce automation space, and they're looking for a driven SDR to fuel their new business engine.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Build, qualify, and nurture pipeline for the Account Executive team
- Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos
- Research ideal customer profiles and tailor outreach to specific challenges
- Collaborate closely with marketing to optimise messaging and lead flow
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly opportunity creation targets
What We're Looking For
- 1–2+ years' experience in an outbound SDR or BDR role (SaaS essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, structured, and highly resilient with a competitive edge
- Experience booking meetings with mid-market or enterprise customers
- Familiarity with modern sales tools (Salesloft, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
The Package
- £35,000–£40,000 base salary
- £20,000–£25,000 OTE
- Fully remote (UK)
