Financial Controller - Remote

Financial Controller – Remote  – £60,000 – £90,000 (neg) + Benefits You’ll be the financial right hand to the CFO, taking ownership of all aspects of day-to-day accounting including; financial control, reporting and compliance. As part of a driven tech business, you’ll combine hands-on rigour with strategic insight, helping shape financial systems that support growth and social impact.What You’ll Do: You will lead the monthly management accounts, statutory accounts, and forecasting across the group. You’ll oversee tax compliance, including R&D tax credits and VAT, while managing KPIs such as SaaS metrics and cost-effectiveness indicators. You’ll support audits, deliver key financial insight to the leadership team, and contribute to strategic projects. You’ll manage and mentor a small finance team, while remaining hands-on. What You Need:

• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience in a senior finance role (FC/Finance Manager)
• Experience within a software or a tech-led business, ideally SaaS.
• Strong IT skills. 
• Excellent communication skills and experience working remotely.
