Identity & Access Management (IAM) Manager

Our client, a global professional services organisation, is expanding its Identity & Access Management function and is hiring an experienced IAM Manager to lead operational delivery in Belfast.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on running and governing IAM services at scale, not SOC or blue-team security. You’ll sit at the heart of the environment, owning privileged access, identity governance and operational controls, while working closely with architecture, engineering and infrastructure teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading day-to-day IAM operations (RBAC, PAM, access reviews, approvals)
• Managing a team of IAM managers and analysts
• Owning IAM controls, reporting, audit readiness and documentation
• Partnering with infrastructure and security stakeholders across the business
• Driving service improvements, automation and operational maturity

What they’re looking for:

• An established IAM Manager or senior infrastructure lead ready for manager-level responsibility
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID & Active Directory
• Exposure to Privileged Access Management (CyberArk or similar)
• Confident operating in large, complex enterprise environments
• Able to lead, influence and take ownership, not just follow tasks

Package:

• Up to £75k salary
