Join Our Client's Team as a Receptionist!

Position: Receptionist

Contract Type: Temp (potential to become permanent!)

Hourly Rate: £13.85

Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Thursday (if permanent opportunity arises it will include Fridays WFH)

Location: Moorgate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors with a warm smile.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain an organised filing system and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings and training sessions.
  • Support the team during busy periods and ensure smooth operations during quieter times.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
