About the Role

Looking for a flexible, part-time role supporting charities? Join a well-established organisation delivering discounted IT services to local charities. This is a service-led, relationship-focused role ideal for candidates with customer service, account management, or fundraising experience.

Approximately 70% of enquiries are inbound, from charities already aware of the programme, while 30% are friendly outbound calls to introduce discounted IT services to new organisations. Your focus will be on understanding charity needs, building relationships, and recommending the most suitable IT packages, rather than hard selling.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real difference in the charity sector while working part-time with flexible hours.

  • Represent the organisation and programme professionally and ethically

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in customer service, fundraising, charity support, relationship management, or account management

  • Confident and professional on the phone with charity representatives

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly

  • Able to manage workload effectively in a part-time, flexible schedule

  • Competitive part-time salary with commission (pro rata)

  • 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday no evenings or weekends
