Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Start-Up - London

Forward Deployed Engineer required for a well-backed start-up to bring cutting-edge AI solutions to real-world problems. You will work directly with users and influence product decisions with real autonomy from day 1.

You will be language agnostic, comfortable across the stack and have excellent communication skills to complement the nature of a customer-facing environment.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years professional Software Development experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one of: Python, Typescript, Java, Go, Rust or C
• Thrives in customer-facing, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills
• In office by default

Your role:

• Work directly with customer stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite leaders to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions
• Create and support the systems that keep core workflows running seamlessly, enabling smooth, scalable onboarding
• Translate analytical data to customers and internal teams into clear and implementable insights
• Integrate real-world feedback to enhance performance, reliability and usability
• Deliver accurate analytics and actionable insights to customers and internal teams
