Founding Engineer – Stealth AI Startup (YC-Backed)

I’m hiring a Founding Engineer for a stealth, VC-backed AI / Automation / Supply Chain / SaaS startup that’s just raised a strong pre-seed round and secured a place in the next Y Combinator batch.

They’re building an AI-driven operations platform —replacing outdated ERP , workflow and supply-chain tools with autonomous, intelligent systems.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & build 0→1 systems across frontend , backend , infrastructure
• Own features end-to-end: design, build, ship, scale
• Work with LLMs , OCR , automation , agentic workflows , data pipelines
• Turn messy real-world ops problems into elegant AI-powered solutions

What They’re Looking For

• 3–8 years software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack fundamentals (React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, TypeScript)
• Experience or interest in distributed systems , workflows , microservices , cloud (GCP/AWS)
• Startup/early-stage experience is a huge plus
• Builder mindset, fast learner, ownership, autonomy
