Business Analyst

Business Analyst - Contract (Outside IR35) London (hybrid - up to once a fortnight on-site)?? Up to £550/day? Start: Mid-late February

We're looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme for a Tier 1 financial services client.

This is a role for a doer - someone who can come in, get up to speed quickly, and crack on. You'll be the only BA in a lean team, working across a large rebrand and relocation programme, supporting system changes, business processes, and people change.

What you'll be doing:

• Translating business requirements into clear, usable artefacts
• Working with senior and junior stakeholders across the business
• Supporting change across systems, roles, training, and communications
• Managing and facilitating change with internal teams and third parties
• Owning BA deliverables within an MVP environment
• Balancing competing priorities in a fast-moving programme

What we're looking for:

• Strong Business Analyst experience, ideally within Financial Services
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Someone proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
• Experience supporting business and operational change
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities without losing momentum

• London-based, with occasional office attendance (travel costs not covered)

• Strong likelihood of extension if performing well
