As New Business Development Manager, you ll drive new revenue by identifying, developing and securing clients. You ll own the full sales cycle, build a strong pipeline, and play a key role in expanding the company s footprint and market presence.
You ll shape and deliver a targeted new business strategy, prospect actively, lead proposals and tenders, and negotiate directly with senior decision-makers. You ll work closely with marketing and internal teams to sharpen propositions, track performance through CRM, and stay ahead of market opportunities.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £50,000- £60,000 plus a strong benefits package and clear progression for high performers.
