The Role

We are looking for someone to join our MIS team for 30 hours per week (6 hours per day, Monday to Friday). This is a temporary role to 31 December 2026 or the return of the postholder whichever is sooner.

In this busy and varied role, you will be working within the College s management information systems team and liaising closely with your allocated Centre, you will provide administration services relating timetable input, register maintenance and will act as the first point of contact to resolve any data queries within your area.

What we are looking for

You should be educated to a minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths. You should have a commitment to providing excellent customer service and experience of supporting and solving queries from customers and other stakeholders. You should also have experience of Microsoft Packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access and using Microsoft Excel to manipulate data.
