The Role
This role is focused on understanding customer behaviour and turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive better outcomes across the business.
You will:
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer teams to improve customer experience
- Build dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making
- Translate technical findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Support experimentation, testing, and optimisation initiatives
- Help shape how customer data is used as the business grows
- You'll have visibility across the organisation and the opportunity to influence strategy, not just report on it.
About You
You're curious, analytical, and passionate about using data to improve customer outcomes.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a data analyst or insight-focused role
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with customer or behavioural data
- Confidence communicating insights to a wide range of stakeholders
- A customer-first mindset and commercial awareness
- Experience within FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth environments is beneficial
